1. I forgot my username & password:
a. You can retrieve your username and password from our online password reminder form, just click here
2. Will I get full access with a trial membership?
a. Yes. The idea behind the trial membership is that you will be allowed to use all the content that our members enjoy, and make a decision based on all the content and not some teaser content and limited access.
3. Which company will appear on my credit card bill?
a. Your credit card will be discreetly billed by "Epoch/EpochEu", or "CCBill".
4. How do I cancel my membership?
a. In order to cancel your membership, you will need to contact the credit card Company where you made your purchase. They will be happy to assist you with any inquery (see details below)
5. How does billing work on the trial membership I purchased?
a. We allow purchasing a low cost trial membership that is good for a specified number of days. Trial memberships upgrade automatically to the standard monthly membership plan unless you cancel within the trial period (the specified number of days from which you purchased the trial). Please refer to the Terms and conditions of the website that you joined for further information.

When contacting the billing companies, please prepare the following information:
A. Please include your password and user name, payment method (credit card or check), subscription ID , transaction number(s) and the email address you joined with.
B. If you are trying to cancel your membership through the billing company site, and for some reason are unsuccessfull, please send an email or call the billing company directly.
C. If you are unable to provide the billing company with the accurate contact information, or fail to request cancellation on time, this may result in your account being charged entire subscription amount.
D. If for some reason you have been re-billed after cancellation, please copy & paste your cancellation receipt, and send an email to the billing company. They will be happy to assist you. (please do not send attachements. Ususally anti-virus software will not allow it to be opened.)
